A Florida native, Ned served from 1988 to 1995 as First Special Operations SERE Instructor with the US Air Force. He then became "Neighbor Ned" and pioneered 3D water videography. Today he lives in Nicolosi, on the slopes of Mount Etna, capturing Sicily in 8K 360°.
